Often, these purchasers have spent money on Inspection Reports and legal fees.
It is for this reason that JP & Associates have a 2 strike policy whereby, for up to 2 auction contracts, we will not charge unsuccessful purchaser clients for our work in reviewing and advising them on their contract, ordering Inspection Reports on their behalf, and, if necessary, requesting information and or amendments to the contract – that is, we will waive our professional fee.
